Modern Financial Infrastructure Since 2017

From university research to production-grade financial infrastructure — the key moments in our journey.

Academic Research

Led by Prof. Dr. Fritz Henglein, DIKU's (Department of Computer Science of the University of Copenhagen) research focuses on process-oriented, event-driven transaction systems, ERP systems, and distributed ledger technologies.

2017 — Founding

Dr. Florian Herzog and Dirk Sebald founded the company in Zurich and Denmark, establishing a strong core tech team and initiating work on the implementation of the contract specification language, which runs on distributed ledger technology.

2018–2019

Delivered first POCs and projects and founding of first spin-offs. Ongoing development of CSL (Contract Specification Language) and related technologies.
